Associate Partner
Amy Siegel has designed, programmed and managed numerous large-scale sign and wayfinding programs at the firm. She recently completed the building-wide signage system for the Hearst Corporation Headquarters in New York and the Griffith Observatory in Los Angeles. Currently, she is working on new signage and building-graphics programs for the new Yankee Stadium, Bank of America’s Headquarters at One Bryant Park and the Names Commemoration and site graphics for the World Trade Center Memorial in Lower Manhattan.
While at Chermayeff and Geismar, Ms. Siegel directed signage commissions for several large transportation projects, including new International Terminals at Boston’s Logan Airport in Boston and Terminal 4 at JFK Airport in New York, and for the renovated Times Square Subway station. Other projects of note include the corporate headquarters for Gannett /USA Today in McLean Virginia, the New Victory Theater, a masterplan and sign program for the Toledo Museum of Art, signs for the Enoch Pratt Free Library in Baltimore, the Jacob Javits Federal Building in New York City, and Baruch College of the City University of New York.
Before joining the firm, she worked on sign, exhibit and print projects for the National Museum of the American Indian in New York City, Queens County Criminal Courthouse, and numerous properties for Hilton Hotel International. She designed exhibits for the American Craft Museum in New York City and the Discover Awards for Technological Innovation, at Epcot Center in Florida. Amy has designed brochures and print programs for the Wildlife Conservation Fund, the Economic Development Corporation, the Landmark Conservancy and for many architects and developers.
Amy is a graduate of Pratt Institute with a B.F.A. in Graphic Design and Fine Art. She is a member of the Society of Environmental Graphic Designers and the American Institute of Graphic Arts. She was named an associate partner at C&G Partners in 2006. |
